THE PROBLEM: To manufacture an INEXPENSIVE, simple, sturdy, dependable pressure switch in the home workshop. (total cost of materials..... less than Three dollars )..
THE SOLUTION: Switch can be any size ( 2"-8" diameter ). See photo and diagram above. Lead wires are soldered to tack heads. Use a clear silicone to laminate all parts. 1/8 or 1/4 " jack from Radio Shack
