THE PROBLEM: This gentleman was able to stand, once assisted to the standing position and had a desire to choose various outdoor locations around the property
THE SOLUTION: The frame is welded 3/16" angle iron and tapered from bottom to top for stability. The stand is made rigid with 3/8" ply as shown. Two offset wheels allow the unit to be tipped and easily relocated. Further stability is provided by a hand grip and back support
