THE PROBLEM: This Ladie wanted to learn to play the guitar and although she had good finger dexterity she had little arm strength.
THE SOLUTION: The guitar has a 2 inch velcro strip bonded to the guitar, as shown, that can be locked on to a mating velcro band around the leg such that the guitar can't slip from its correct place. The right arm has a support which is also velcro attached to the wheelchair armrest and fully supports the arm . The end results hold the guitar stable and in place with no arm strength so that she can concentrate on gingers to strum and hold cords.
