THE Problem-- Wheelchair drivers can't get under most tables or any standard kitchen counters to prepare meals.Even if they could get under a table, it would probably be too thick to be useful.
The Solution-- A moulded laminate countertop can be supported by installing upright shelf tracks on the kitchen wall and adding deep shelf brackets .Chairs can get underneath and the counter is thin enough to be useful.
